Reflections Art Contest Information!

Attention ArtistsWriters, Musicians, Choreographers, Photographers and Cinematographers:

Submissions are now being accepted for the 2019-2020 Reflections in Art Contest. The theme is "Look Within". Students can enter in any of the six categories and have the chance to have their artistic talents and creativity recognized at the local, regional, state and national level. Hawaii had two national level winners last year!
Every student who enters will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. Deadline to enter is November 1st. Please contact: kapaahighptsa@gmail.com to request an entry form and complete list of rules.


Entries may be turned in to the PTSA box in the main office or contact kapaahighptsa@gmail.com

Next PTSA Meeting is Tuesday, October 1st at 5pm

Due to Open House happening on the second Tuesday of September and Fall Break happening the second week of October, our next regular PTSA Meeting will be Tuesday,  October 1st at 5pm
in the SAC Room (green building between the library and the gym).

All are welcome to attend!  Let's make Kapaa High the best that it can be!

Kapaa High Has Two State Level Winners in Reflections Contest

Congratulations to Malia Barreras-Float and Gavin Perez who are State Level Winners in the Reflections in Art Program sponsored by the PTSA.

Malia was awarded First Place for her stunning visual arts entry.  Malia's artwork will also advance to the National Level of competition.

Gavin took Second Place for his Film Production entry about bullying.

Congratulations to these two students who will be invited to attend the Reflections Banquet on Oahu at the Ala Moana Hotel on April 13th.
